Should I book a Wedding Planner before I book my Ceremony and Reception site?
Yes! Especially if you are planning to hire a full service planner. One of the features of our full service package is assisting you in selecting your ceremony and reception site. We can take you to several sites that fit the basic description of what you are looking for, and talk you through the pro’s and con’s of each site, as well as the cost ramifications and logistics of each. We can also negotiate for you before you sign a contract to ensure that the contract addresses your needs, and that you fully understand the commitments you are making when signing your agreements. Who knows, we may show you a site that you never would have found on your own, and is exactly what you had in mind!

Does a Wedding Planner save me money?
Definitely! One of our primary functions is to assist you in managing your budget. We are constantly keeping your budget in mind when suggesting vendors, and options. We use our knowledge of the industry, industry discounts, and our negotiating ability to get you the most for you money. Our experience will help you avoid those pitfalls that cost you time and money. The greatest measure of our success is if we are able to keep you in a budget you are comfortable with while at the same time creating the wedding you are dreaming of. We want you to recommend us to your friends, and your family in the future, so our success is dependent on our ability to help you manage your budget today.

I need help with the design of my wedding, does a planner do that?
We do! Some of our couples come to us with ideas in mind and we work with them to expand upon those ideas to create their “uniquely you” wedding. Others come to us with very little in mind and really need help to create that vision. In either case, we are happy to help. We will work with you to “discover” the design elements that will create your dream wedding, or just simply figure out the logistics to make your vision a reality.
